Description: German for medical personnelMy course, German for Medical Personnel is for medical personnel who require German in their work or studies and presents realistic situations and specialized vocabulary that health-care professionals need to communicate with German-speaking patients in the course of their daily work. The emphasis is on cmmunication in a Medical context, with special attention to speaking and listenning.

Language development is accomplished through a wide variety of exercises, which show students how to apply new terms and phrases in many practical contexts. A preliminary presentation of the German vocabulary for human anatomy is included. All of the skill areas of reading, writing, speaking, and listening are emphasized.

The courses cover medical terminology, practice in specialist vocabulary and a review of basic grammatical structures.

This is an introductory German language course in a legal context. The course is designed to introduce you to the conversational, reading and writing skills needed to communicate with German speaking legal professionals and to understand German legal materials. Vocabulary, conversation, readings and written work will be law-related.

The program focuses on different legal forms, concentrating on German law. You learn how to read, to understand and formulate juridical phrases in German and will gain confidence in their usage of German in juristic matters.
